If you have a challenging situation , pattern or part that you would like to explore through the therapeutic power of art. ​ By bringing light into the shadow we reclaim our power back from it - what was illusive and scary - can now be seen in full clarity - unobstructed - Alchemizing pain into beauty. ​ Through the ritual of Creativity - by moving the stuck energy - and understanding how challenging moments carry seeds of knowledge for us. We often receive insight and healing. ​ To finish off this process, you may burn the work created in our session to symbolically cut ties with your past - or add another layer to the process to showcase beauty within the dark - like a healing salve - similar to the ' Activation Paintings ' we add elements to the painting to symbolize the direction of growth. Ying and Yang - both existing alongside eachother. ​ This process can be simple or complex - we begin work with the root process of transmuting emotions onto paper - opening through freedom and play - intuitively exploring your inner landscape - utilizing tools to calm the nervous system, signal safety - integrating what we find. The first part is purely focued on you, not about creating a work of art. This develops naturally.
